CONSTITOTION OF LOK SEWA DAL
1) Name of the Society Lok Sewa Dal
2) Resister Office Behrampur Road Dinanagar
3) Area of Operation PUNJAB
Preliminary the Provision of the Society Registration Act 1860 shall apply to this Society
Any person who believes in the aims and objectives of society can become the Member of society
5) Membership fee 100/-
Each member will pay Rs 100/- per month loeards the fund of the society.
6) Duration of membership
a) A member ceases to be a member if the dies of become of unsound mind or the resigns from the membership.
b) If a member fails to attend five continuous meeting of the society she ceasesnto to be a member.
c) In the cases of nonpayment of subscription free for four month continuously he can be removed from the membership by the Executive Committee.
d) In the cases of nonpayment of subscription free such member shall have no right to vote in the meeting or any matter.
a) The meeting of the Executive Committee shall be when ever necessary by the president or secretary on a request signed by at least any two Executive members.
b) The Executine Committee shall at least meet twice in a year.
c) At least on a week notice for the meeting shall be given to the members.

9) POWER AND FUNCTION OF THE PRESIDENT
The president will preside over all the meeting of the Society Every word meeting of the Society will be called on his advised. He will be the head of the Society and use all the power given to him from time to time.
10) POWER AND FUNCTIONS OF VICE PRESIDENT
In the absence of the president vice President will use all the power given to the president from time to time in the absence of the president
11) POWER AND FUNCTIONS OF THE GENERAL SECRETARY
The secretary wll conduct the correspondence of the socity with the members of the authority He wll conduct the meeting of the Executive committee and General body He wll record the proceeding of the meeting and use all the powers given to him from time to time.
12) POWER OF THE JOINT SECRETARY
In the absence of the General Secretary the joint secretary will use all the powers given to the General Secretary from time to time.
13) POWER OF THE CASHIER
The cahier will collect the document /Grant from the Govt or any othe institution. He will present the quarterly statement og income and Expenditure in the meeting of the Executive Committee. He has powers to collection on behalf of the Society.
The funds of the Society shali consist of subscripition from members donation from public or grant from the Govt. Semi Govt or other institutions.
The Bank of the Society will be any Nationalized bank decided by the governing body.
The election of the office bearers will bw every tow year by the majonty of votes
Account will bw maintained from april to march and the accounts will be maintained by the president and cashier with any other member ship of the society. The bank accounts will be opened and operated by the president and cashier and in the absence of the president, the Secretary vice President will open and operate bank account jointly.
18) LEGAL METTERS
The Society can be issued legal matterds through the name of the President of Secretary
19) MENDMENT IN THE CONSTITUTION
For amendment in any cause of the constitution one week’s notice will ve issued by the Executive Committee under the signature for the president to every member of the Society for the calling of the general meeting. The amendment should be 2/3 majorites of the present and vote in the meeting.
20) DISSOLUTION THE SOCIETY
The Society can be dissolved only by the 2/3 majorty of the societies for the dissolution of the Society one week notice should be issued to all members of society in the case of dissolution of the society all the ass assets of the society be banded over to the existed that time whose aims and objects will be similar to the society.
